Breakpoint is a organisation for bboys, breakdance and electric boogie dancers on all levels
We do shows, events and workshops. We also offer classes in b-boying and popping, and open practise sessions.
On friday, the 4th of May 2012, Breakpoint held the first ever breakdance battle in Palestine in collaboration with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Dar Alfonon. The battle took place in a gym in the capital Ramallah on the West Bank, and breakers from different cities such as Beit Jalah, Nablus and Ramallah entered the competition. There were fierce and exciting battles in the categories 1vs1 and 3vs3 throughout the day, and it became clear, that Palestine definitley has talent! See also pictures in the gallery.
Thanks to everyone who attended Copenhagen Street Festival. Check this trailer for a brief summary of the event:

Check the pictures in the gallery from our trip to Uganda in the summer 2011.

We wish all our members and the rest of you a nice summer! We’re closed in July and will be back from the 17th of August, where practise starts again. Should you get bored during that time, then check out this very interesting clip from when breakdancing came to India:
